Venturing into Bellini's Bar, I was immersed in a world of fresh, local produce crafted into delectable dishes that echoed global trends. The ambiance was intimate, perfect for unwinding over a meal that tantalized the taste buds. During my visit, I indulged in the comforts of ESPA's Thermal Suites, setting the stage for a festive dinner at Bellini's Restaurant. The menu, boasting a 2AA Rosette, truly added a touch of luxury to my evening. From savory pulled-pork sliders to exquisite salmon quiche, each bite was a symphony of flavors. The natural products used in the spa were a testament to the hotel's dedication to relaxation and rejuvenation. Bellini's Bar at The Maryborough truly stood out, offering an all-day dining experience perfect for any occasion. The dedicated butler at the tea area added a charming touch to the traditional afternoon service. My stay was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the culinary innovation and impeccable service at the Maryborough Hotel & Spa.
